Vincentennial Post #16 - Vincent and Edith
Vincent Price married Edith Barrett in 1938 and they parted company in 1949. Edith was a fine stage actress, and she made a game attempt at become a fine film actress--but the spark that made her a magical presence on stage just didn't seem to work in front of the cameras. Her career faltered, and so did her marriage to Vinnie. She was the mother of Vinnie's beloved son, Barrett.
